In 2025 I moved house – just my child, my cat, and me. We found somewhere by a scrub forest, and have curated a cosy abode where we live with the seasons, and I get to live out my best witchy dreams.
I created a whole persona around it, with social media (I’m actually really bad at that – I mean, being glued to the doom-scroll machine, and encouraging others to do same, is not congruent with a simple cosy witch life), and then I thought… Wouldn’t it be cool to create some kind of snail mail club, where I get to write letters and send photos and you get to receive them?
So I created it within Patreon. I have a tier there where you can sign up for monthly scrub forest witch snail mail, which includes a typed letter and a photo from my scrub forest life.
It’s a fun way to escape capitalism, the patriarchy, and the general chaos of the world.
